Returns Policy

Although unlikely and since most of our customers love the ring they receive, there may be few instances that ring may some defect. At this case, we offer a 100% refund and return. Please note that all the rings are made from your customisations so we do ask you to thoroughly double check the customisations you put in the order before submitting it through.

How do you make the rings

We are experts of ring design and manufacturing for over 35 years. Depending on the design and customizations your order will go through different stages of moulding, metal fabrication and stone induction. All of this process can take between 7 days to 15 business days depending on the volume and complexity of the design.

Do you provide a ring box?

All orders are shipped with an elegant ring box. For bulk orders you can opt to ship it via one packet to ship on shipment fees.

Can I personalised or customised my rings?

Yes! At TogaRings we ensure that each ring is fully customisable to your requirements, whether its a school/family name, year of graduation, own logos, preferred stone color and even the metal type.

Our rings are shipped from Australia, Philippines or USA depending on the design. We are a worldwide seller of custom rings.
